Appointments:
We ask that all our guests arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arrival later than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may require a limited service or rescheduling of the appointment. Prior to your appointment we will give you a complimentary verification call 1-2 days in advance. Email reminders are also available. Guests booking spa packages over 3 services are required to provide a credit card to secure the appointment.

Spa Environment:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed.Thank you!

Moblie Electronics
To best provide you with a calm and relaxing environment we ask that all guests turn off any mobile electronics or cellular devices before entering Keora salon. We do understand that some people do need to keep in touch and ask that anyone who would like to leave devices on set them to silent operation modes.

Bookings and Cancelations:
We will give you a complimentary verification call a day or two in advance. Email Reminders are also available. We ask all our guests to please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Should you need to re-schedule an appointment please let us know. We require notification: 24 hours in advance for single services 72+ hours* in advance for Spa packages. Cancellation of spa days within the 72 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost. Single services will be charge 25% of the total cost. Guests Booking Spa packages which include more than three services are required to provide a credit card to secure the appointment in advance.

Late arrival of guests booked for packages or multiple services will result in customization of the services offered to best fit the remaining time of your appointment. Prices are subject to change without notice, please contact us for up to date pricing.

amount, these gifts are always popular. Phone, email or come in to have one delicately
wrapped for that special person in your life.
