Our Policies

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, we encourage you to inform the salon manager as soon as possible. Our mission is to make sure our guests are absolutely happy with their results. Any service beyond two weeks may be subject to a charge.

  • We are now asking guests for at least 48 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling their appointments. Failure to do so will result in a deposit for all future appointments. We thank you for your understanding.

    • All deposits are non-refundable when a 48 hour notice is not provided prior to rescheduling or cancelling.

    • In some cases, if cancellations/rescheduling of appointments is happening too frequently, we will ask for a cancellation fee. All future appointments will also require a deposit.

  • We understand that challenges may present themselves and this may affect your arrival time. Please give the salon a call to notify us of your estimated time of arrival and we will evaluate your stylist's schedule to ensure we are still able to accommodate the full service. Please understand it is not our wish to cancel an appointment however a lateness of 15 minutes or more will create a challenge and you may be asked to reschedule. We cannot disrupt another client's appointment but it is our promise that we will try our very best to accommodate your service.
